This family is very near and dear to my heart. I was so happy to make the trip to WI to capture them in their home and at a location they like to visit. The weather was chilly, but the sunset was gorgeous. I love the images we captured and even more, I loved the time spent with my friends. Sometimes the things that bring you the most pain are what can unite you with someone else who has walked in your shoes. Though our bond was formed over sadness and loss, I am so thankful that this family has become a part of my life.
