I met this family last year for a maternity session in the snow. It was icy cold and so we made it a quick session, but the whole time their oldest son just shivvered through the shoot and was just so sweet and polite. A few months later I was honored to photograph baby boy #2 for his newborn shoot. He slept like a dream and we got some awesome images. Fast forward almost a year to the day and we met yet again for baby boy's 1st birthday pictures. The weather the evening of our shoot was odd to say the least. I pulled into the parking lot with a beautiful sun in the sky and minuites later it was raining! Thankfully the showers were brief and we were able to proceed with our shoot. I was hoping for a rainbow (that would be fun!) but we weren't that lucky. Throughout the evening the clouds rolled in and the sun broke through so the moody sky is one of my favorite parts about their images. Little guy wasn't too interested in the camera and man did he make us work for smiles, but these two brothers= darling. They are going to have so much fun together!
